Jim Wilks, the current chair of Cheshire County Water Polo and Swimming Association has been appointed as President Elect for Swim England 2021. Jim has the honour of being selected by the Swim England management board to be president in the year of the commonwealth games.
Jim is always working on behalf of swimmers in Cheshire and the North West Region and will serve the sport well in his upcoming roles. Congratulations Jim
