Congratulations to Jackie Beard-Jones on her appointment to the latest FINA Swimming Officials List. The 4 year appointment means that Jackie will be eligible to officiate at international events promoted by FINA and LEN, as well as taking on senior roles at the domestic events of British Swimming and our Home Nations partners.
Jackie is one of the four British Swimming officials on the newly announced list. Jackie recently completed the extensive and demanding British Swimming development programme, where she gained experience of officiating at the highest level in the country, before going on to international opportunities and her subsequent nomination to FINA.
Jackie also finds time to support our swimmers by officiating at the County Championships, is the current Coordinator for Swimming Officials within Cheshire County and organises the popular series of Stockport Mini-meets.
