Cheshire County Water Polo and Swimming Association are looking for a County Swimming Coach to join the group of volunteers who organise the competitive swimming activities on behalf of the county. The activities are detailed below.
Qualifications
We are looking for a coach qualified to at least Coach Level 2
Duties
The County Coach will become a member of the swimming committee which organises competitions, development days and other county swimming activities. Currently, the activities are:
- Collaborating in the selection of the county team and accompanying them to inter county competitions
- Leading the county swimming development day
- Assist at the county championships by coordinating the supervision of the warmup sessions at both the Junior Meet (November – 1 day) and the Age Group Championships (January/February 3 weekends)
- Attend and take an active role at the county swimming committee meetings – approximately 4 per year (currently held on zoom)
