Health Declaration form
In line with Swim England Guidance ( https://www.swimming.org/swimengland/returning-to-competition-faqs/) we request that all clubs ensure that their swimmers complete a Health Declaration Form within 7 days of the start of the meet. Please ensure that the meet organisers are aware of any positive covid tests and withdrawals.
Swimming Officials
The lack of competitive swimming has resulted in fewer new officials entering the sport in the last 18 months which, when coupled with the lower age group of the swimmers in this event, means that we are still looking for officials for the junior meet. We are extremely grateful to those officials who have already volunteered the vast majority of whom do not have swimmers in the competition. We are taking this opportunity to ask clubs to contact their officials who may be willing to volunteer and help out at this meet.
If there are any officials/ trainees who are intending to attend but have not let us know, please get in touch with the organisers, we are operating with constraints on poolside personnel and would appreciate accurate information on numbers.
Volunteering
If you would like to learn more about the opportunities to get involved either as an official or in one of the administration roles please don’t hesitate to come and talk to us. We can be found in the room beside the Cafe during the breaks and before the start of the competition.
